1. Who publishes these pages

LAUREN ASHLEY HOPE WILSON is the individual publisher of this surface-pattern portfolio, using the public name Lauren Wilson. The professional address is 52 Ribston Street, Manchester, M15 5RJ, United Kingdom. You can use [email protected] for a privacy enquiry, while recognising that a public email destination does not prove provisioning or continuous monitoring. This policy covers the site’s flat artwork, local enquiry preview and the separate choice to begin correspondence. It does not describe a shop account or an order system, because neither is operated on these pages.

2. Information used while browsing

The website has no login, membership account, customer profile or application dashboard. Viewing a page does not require a name, postal address, identity document or payment information. A browser nevertheless makes network requests for the requested HTML, style sheets, fonts, scripts and images. Those requests necessarily disclose connection information such as an IP address, requested path, time and browser headers to the network and hosting providers serving the page. Ordinary network delivery should not be confused with the local enquiry fields described below.

3. Fields you choose to complete

To ask about a pattern, you can state the intended surface, a rough direction and the kind of work you want to discuss. The enquiry also asks for a name and reply email, with an optional project or company field. There is no upload for a confidential collection deck or supplier file. Do not share unreleased product plans, access credentials or third-party personal records simply to ask about availability. If detailed artwork or commercial specifications later need to be shared, first agree their purpose, permissions and a suitable route.

4. What preparing a draft actually does

The draft tool assembles your chosen pattern interest and message in the current browser page. Its validation checks mandatory fields before displaying the summary. It does not create a collection brief in a server database or send an order to a supplier. No authored cookie or local-storage entry retains the draft. Your device may nevertheless use autofill or restore a page under browser settings; that is different from an intentional website submission. Review the visible summary and save anything necessary using tools under your own control.

5. Choosing to open an email application

The mail link is an optional handover to your own email environment. Choosing it makes the recipient, subject and composed text available to the configured mail handler; that handler may save drafts under its own rules. You can revise or discard the message there before sending. The portfolio cannot see whether you complete that step or whether [email protected] receives anything. It never sends a hidden copy of your pattern brief, signs you up to updates or confirms a manufacturing request as part of generating the local preview.

6. If you decide to correspond

If an enquiry is actually received, the information in that conversation can be used to understand the request, ask questions, discuss availability and keep a record of agreed instructions. A later engagement may require its own record of scope, approvals and invoicing, which is separate from this browsing tool. Information should be limited to people who need it for the conversation or service administration. This policy does not promise that every mail provider has the same storage location, security controls, delivery rules or retention behaviour.

7. Network services and measurement

The site is intended to be delivered through Cloudflare and shared web hosting. Cloudflare may process connection, security and performance information and may provide Web Analytics, email-address protection or network error reporting independently of the enquiry form. Hosting systems may maintain access and security logs. Such network features are not evidence that the website form transmitted its fields. The authored pages do not include advertising pixels, social feeds, remote video embeds, a payment gateway or a third-party form service. Fonts and example assets are loaded from local paths.

8. Purposes and appropriate grounds

An actual received conversation may be used to clarify the surface, usage requirements and proposed artwork scope. That is a response to a request you initiate, with any further engagement administration considered separately. The legal basis must fit the actual activity: requested pre-contract discussions, an accepted contract, proportionate security or applicable record duties as relevant. Browsing Orchard Sunday or another fictional pattern is not treated as consent to publish a visitor’s identity, reuse their commercial plans or send promotional campaigns. Network delivery and enquiry correspondence have different purposes.

9. Retention and practical deletion

There is no website customer account to close and no stored form submission to retrieve from a website database. A draft remains visible in the current page until changed, cleared or the page is closed, subject to browser restoration. Actual email correspondence can remain with the participants and their providers for the period needed to handle the enquiry, document instructions or meet applicable requirements. A deletion request should identify the conversation sufficiently to locate it. A specific universal retention deadline is not asserted for providers whose arrangements are outside this website.

10. Choices and information requests

You may inspect every pattern without giving personal details. If you do use the form, you can clear the fields or stop at the preview and never hand it to an email application. For correspondence actually held by the publisher, rights under applicable data rules may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability; relevant conditions still apply. Consent can be withdrawn where it is the basis used. Describe the request to [email protected] with enough context to find the conversation, avoiding unnecessary identity documents in an initial message.

11. Security, transfers and complaints

Use a device and network you trust. HTTPS protects transport to the website but does not make email an appropriate route for passwords, sensitive files or urgent instructions. Hosting, network and email services can process information in different countries under their own arrangements. The website does not certify every external provider or promise absolute confidentiality of an unsolicited message. If you believe information has been handled incorrectly, raise the issue with the publisher or the competent data protection authority. Nothing in this policy removes rights or complaint routes available under applicable law.

12. Updates and scope

This policy describes the static pages and local draft interaction as published on 3 November 2026. If a backend submission service, account system, checkout, mailing list or other materially different feature is later added, its information handling needs to be described before that feature is relied on. An external page or application reached through an ordinary link has its own policy. Check the displayed policy when deciding what to share. A date or future update does not retrospectively turn a locally prepared draft into a submitted enquiry.
